Spreadsheet required to analyse margins across 1500+ lines

I require a spreadsheet wizard to add circa 10 extra columns to a spreadsheet, to help us analyse margins across different selling platforms and websites.

We need some conditional cell colours to be used, so where a margin is below a certain threshold, it's flagged red - where it's satisfactory it's marked green etc.

A full brief will be provided for this task, we require a quick turnaround of this job. For someone who's great at Excel it shouldn't take long at all.
