Specification and creation of a series of SSRS reports

We have a project where we need to move a database to SQL Server and provide a series of SSRS reports to specifications provided by the client.
We will be performing the database move so we are looking for a freelancer to assist us writing the SSRS reports.
It is the nature of this project that we are not sure as to the number of reports that will be required or their complexity; we are expecting between 10-20..
Interaction with the end client will be required to determine the fine detail of the reports requirements, content and layout.
