I need to create software EXACTLY like the sample video I have uploaded in Dropbox.

I had a guy doing it, but he has disappeared and is no longer answering my emails. This video goes through each screen and shows what should be on there. It also shows what was not working.

I have also the code from the software pages when it was hosted live. This can be used for the design, layout etc.

Please know I have no code other than the layout. I copied that code from the page source when this software was hosted live. That code will give you a head start for the layout. However, for everything else, you will be coding from the beginning - you have to write the code.

The software will be hosted on WP. Please use WP credentials for username and password but saving should be done IN THE SOFTWARE database. Users can store a max of 50 analyses.

BIDDING:
1. Do not give me a ballpark bid. Watch the video and you will know EXACTLY what I want. Give your final bid.

2. As I paid this other guy for this mess, I will NOT pay up front. I will pay based on milestones. You complete something and give me the code, I pay you for that part. Then you start the next part. Below are the milestones for payments. We will discuss how much for each stage.

1. Completion of design of all the pages of the software. Transfer of the source code to our server

2. Implementation of functionality from screen 1 to 4. Transfer of the source code to our server

3. Implementation of functionality from screen 5 to 8. Transfer of the source code to our server

4. Print to pdf, save etc. (you send code). Transfer of the source code to our server

5. Demo of the complete software, testing

7. Transfer remaining source code to our server

I need this DONE by October 1, 2017!

    I need to make some clarifications.

    1. We will use WP log in credentials as this software will be hosted on Wordpress.

    2. The software analysis however, will be stored in the software itself (max of 50)

    Therefore, we do not need a log in page nor a registration page, profile management or forgot password. If they are logged into my website, they will be able to access this software.

    3. The user will not share. They can save, print or print to pdf.

    4. Software design will be the same. I think I have psd files if that will help. However, some things in the software look like outdated technology, fonts etc. I mention those in the video.

    5. I will provide all formulas except for calculating payment. This is free code all over the internet. To calculate, you need loan amount, length of loan (term) and interest rate.

    a. I will want to add a check box on Purchase Costs Tab under Loan information to give them the option to have an Interest Only Loan. If they choose this, the payment will be calculated slightly differently. This check box is the same as the All Cash checkbox you see in the video.

    Finally, I want to pay using milestones.

    1. Completion of design of all the pages of the software $50.00

    2. Implementation of functionality from screen 1 to 4. Transfer code to our server $150.00

    3. Implementation of functionality from screen 5 to 8. Transfer code to our server $150.00

    4. Print to pdf, save etc. Transfer code to our server $150.00

    You have a question regarding the flow of the application you have demonstrated the things but the flow is unclear to me secondly the development of the project need to be stated from scratch as this code does not help much which you have?so if you flexible with budget we can talk.
