I need to create sometyhing that will help us manage our safety data sheets.
Every time a customer buys a product for the first time we have to email them the safety data sheet once we have despatched the goods. We then have to record the fact that we have sent them the datasheet but don't need to send it next time they order it. However if our supplier sends us a new safety data sheet we need to know everyone that has had the old one and simply email them a new one.
At the moment we use a paper based system, is there something you could devlop to enable us to do this much quicker?
