Software/Database Build - Made available to clients online

I need a piece of software developed that will be online and its information fed from a database that will need to be created. It will need to be accessed by 2 types of people. Some to view the information (main) and some to edit and add products (suppliers) As the majority of information will be added by the suppliers it will need to be every user friendly and have the ability to add batches of certain products. There will need to be a live search function for the users so as the user chooses criteria it will take certain products out of the search. A similar function can be seen on www.asos.com. As the information will be added by the company’s I work with its a structure that can be used online that needs to be built.
