SMPP Server and Client

General information for the business: We buy and sell SMS
Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: I'm looking for a robust/stable SMPP Server/Client to handle at least 100 MPS (messages per second). This system needs to meet my web platform, see below what my current platform does:

- Manage prefixes of each operator of all countries
- Add suppliers (specifications to bind supplier's smpp server)
- Set supplier's coverage allowed (country, operator)
- Set buy price for each operator/country
- Add customers (smpp user and web interface)
- Add credit
- Set curtomer's coverage allowed (country, operator)
- Set sell price for each operator/country
- Manage queued SMS's, see what's pending to be submitted to supplier, change route of queued messages...
- Lots of reports to check messages status, check user's balance, check last price change for an user/supplier, check daily stats, check delivery reports, check summary of message sent from a user or message sent to a supplier, etc

Based on that SMPP server needs to receive messages from clients and SMPP client to send messages to suppliers.
I already have a smpp server/client working (coded in PHP and C++0, but there are a lot of issues and performance issues. Because of that I'm looking for a robust sollution based on performance coding (node.js, etc).
