Small Python Gmail Task

I am looking for someone to figure out how to send a couple of hundred emails from a specific gmail address using python. It should send an html email with an attachment. It needs to be able to send out the emails with minimal manual input (maybe it needs some help on the 2FA), but it absolutely needs to work on the current gmail security policies. I would also need a description of how to setup my gmail account (or twillio or whatever you would need to use) to allow for the mailer to run, though I am quite tech savvy myself I lack time to figure it out. This should be a very easy task for someone that knows what he is doing.
