Description
Experience Level: Entry
I have AWS S3 CLI working with python, however I want a script which can read 2 pieces of information from an external file (either an excel spreadsheet, or something else), then use them as variables to sync from my S3 bucket to a local folder.
The information in the external file will be:
- The S3 bucket name i.e if the bucket is s3://bucketname/1234/, then the external file will just have "1234"
- The local folder, i.e if the local folder is F:\Dropbox\VENUES\VENUENAME, the external file will just have "VENUENAME"
The script will need to be able to be run hidden (I usually use .pyw) by windows task scheduler.
