I need someone to provide a potential survey solution for a subscription service.
For our quarterly subscription boxes, each box will have a short survey before and after it to assess their learning.
This will be completed by all participants and I want the managers and my company to be able to see the results.
Again, this will be a survey done by many teams/companies so they need to be able to do the quiz just for their own teams and not see any other responses.

Hi Mike,
Just a quick clarification before I suggest a solution :
-> Would you prefer an external survey platform (like Typeform/Google Forms) or a survey integrated into your own site/dashboard ?
-> For restricting results per company/team, do teams have logins, or should we provide unique access links ?
-> Do you also need downloadable reports or only visual summaries ?
This will help me understand the best structure (especially regarding data security and multi-team visibility).
