Shopify/ PHP Expert with availblity needed for Urgent task

I am working on a project here

It creates orders on a shopify development store after running php index.php, parsing data from a json file, creating mysql tables etc from the data and sends via shopify API with cURL.

While its mainly for learning purposes, I need to stress I have to present this tomorrow so please only bid if you are extremley confident you can fix without the need to go down numerous rabbit holes in the process.

Basically I need someone with much superior PHP skills than myself!

You should set up a private shopify app up in your own shopify partners developer account and add the details so you can test, i can show you were to put the creditials if required. If for some reason you dont have a development store I can send you creditals to connect API but you wont be able to test correctly IMO.

I have 2 ssues I would love to solve, if you can only do 1, great, bit for that, fix it and merge it to github:

Issue 1:

I would like to only send orders if they are have not already been created on the shopify store. At the moment it creates orders from whatever is in the datbase. I would like it to skip orders already in the account. Ideally the check would be done on the order_reference meta field, but because its for testing purposes, you can use something matching name and email etc if its easier.
NOTE: It should still send orders if they are not in the system, just skip ones that are and continue, it should not throw an error and stop processing the orders.

Issue 2:

Please see the attached screenshot of the array. There is an error on one of the meta fields 'product_codes' - quite simply, this is not coded correctly, I think it should be an easy fix. I should display the correct data pulled from the database for code and quantiry.
