Shopify Cart Expiry to be switched so that it never expires!

1. By default, Shopify's cart expiry is set to 10 days. This means that if customers have a cart for more than 10 days without checking out, their cart expires and it is empty when they log back in.

We need to stop this from happening. We want customers to have a cart for as long as they need. Whether this is 10 days, 30 days, 2 months, we need the cart to never expire.

2. If customers log in on phone, add items to their basket, and then log in to their laptop the same day, the cart is emptied. We need to stop this from happening. We need the basket to work no matter what platform or browser they log in on. They should be able to login on phone, laptop, iPad, add items, and then it still be there when they login on another device.

We have set this project for a top cert but we do not expect to pay the budget of £330.00 for this job.
