Setup T5 Text-To-Text abstractive text summarizer on server

I need someone to setup an abstractive summarizer on my server, using the method and code mentioned here:

Initially I’m looking for you to either set this up on a website, or develop an application, where I can enter an article into a text box and it outputs a title/summary. Then I can manually test and see how well it works.

Then you'll need to instruct my developer on how to integrate it with our content system so it can output summaries of our text content.
