Setup secure VPN Tunnel between two sites

We had VPN (OpenVPN) Tunnel from one router to another, but it has stopped working and refuses to reconnect.
We have two BT Home Hub 5 hubs flashed with OpenWRT v18.06.4. We are looking to set up a site to site SSTP VPN so we can back up the server and other computers to a remote NAS drive. We need someone to configure the said routers.
At the server end we have a static IP address and the client end it is dynamic. Both routers referred to above are secondary routers and will be behind primary routers.
