Setup Automated Forex Trading System

I would like someone to help setup automated trading system for me using the sentiment histogram on the 5 minute chart on EURUSD, GBPUSD and EURUSD.
Trade to be triggered when histogram crosses up +0.0250 or down -0.0250.Trade size initially 1 for testing.
I would prefer the trade to be triggered by Trading View trading on IG.

Trade once candle closes after crossing threshold.
Only one trade per signal but it should close at SL 2 pips also trailing stop if it continues the trend.

Trading hours, histogram thresholds, trade size, and SL/TP values to be configurable
Back testing and optimization to be included in solution.
Support to be made available at a monthly retainer fee.
Currencies USD/JPY, EUR/USD + GBP/USD
