Set-up Shopify and integrate with EXACT

We need a fluent British English speaking expert with significant experience of setting up Shopify and then integrating with a back end accounting system. We use EXACT, and preference will be given to anyone who can demonstrate experience with the EXACT Restful API (https://support.exactonline.com/community/s/knowledge-base#All-All-DNO-Content-restrefdocs).

Our client is in the brewing industry, and the site will be created to sell their beers and associated branded marketing products (hats, hoodies etc)

Goal:

Support the initial set up of a Shopify Plus e-commerce platform.

Build and implement a full integration between Exact and Shopify that provides relevant information from/to each application. Specified information will be seamlessly processed between Shopify and Exact for trade sales.

Specification:

- Shopify would reflect live stock levels from Exact for each SKU

- Orders processed through Shopify would be automatically pushed to Exact and sync with the appropriate customer and SKU.

- Stock would be automatically deducted

- Invoice would be generated from Exact data using the customer payment terms specified for the customer in EXACT.

- When a new customer is connected to our company on Shopify, the customer is automatically created in Exact.

- Existing trade customers on Exact would be connected to the corresponding customer on Shopify via customer codes.

We are looking for someone with proven experience of setting up Shopify for ecommerce application and integrating it with accounting systems, so please be very clear as to:
How many Spotify implementations you have managed
How many integrations with back end accounting systems, and which ones?
Highlight if you have used the EXACT Restful API and comment on your experience with it and any limitations that you know of, particularly if they might affect our specific requirements.
A very approximate estimate of the amount of time that you believe would be required for this project would be helpful. We have put 20 hours as an estimate, rather than a fixed contract.
