Since Apple updated to OS Ventura 13.2.1 my local apache server has stopped working.

I need someone to log in today to sort it out quickly!!

    Do you accept a docker solution? better, clean? Or you really need apache plus php mysql (like a WAMP - MAMP : Mac, Apache, Mysql and PHP) running?
