Senior Bubble.io Developer – Fix Dashboard & KPI Logic

We have a live wealth management platform for real estate investors built in Bubble.io. The core product is running, but we need a senior Bubble developer to validate and correct our KPI logic and ensure the main dashboard reflects the true financial state of each investor.

This is a contained, functional project focused on accuracy and consistency of calculations, not a redesign or full rebuild.

Deliverables
1. KPI Logic Review & Mapping
- Analyze how key KPIs are currently calculated in Bubble (e.g., portfolio value, ROI, equity, cash flow, payments due).
- Map where these formulas live (elements, workflows, reusable components).
2. KPI Fixes & Alignment
- Correct and align KPI expressions so the values are accurate and consistent across the app.
- Ensure the same definitions are used across dashboard, detail pages, and any related views.
3. Data Consistency Checks
- Verify that KPIs match underlying records for a sample set of investors (we’ll provide scenarios/test cases).
- Identify and fix any double-counting or missing data issues.
4. Light Performance Hygiene
- Address any obvious performance issues directly related to KPI logic (e.g., unnecessary searches, inefficient constraints).
5. Short Documentation
- Provide a concise “KPI logic” document: definitions, formulas, and references to where they are implemented in Bubble.
- Brief summary of what you changed and why.
