SDK Developer Required

We are developing an ID system using RFID Contactless cards. Each contactless card points to our website url for each client showing photograph and personal data. We are proposing to use a USB RFID proximity reader/writer/card programmer at each location for client identification (similar to a door entry system). The Reader we are proposing comes with SDK for secondary software development. We need a programmer to develop a simple GUI interface for this card reader with username/password entry and simple set up/operation to show the identity urls on the laptop or pc display.
