Script to replace urls in a block of html

We are looking for a freelancer or agency to create a small script that can take a WP Import CSV template with a part number (post title), html code (post content), brand (category) etc and replace the image paths in the html code with those from another sheet, continuing that pattern for each product/image path listed.

Example

Product name 1 | Set HTML code with new images of product 1 pulled in from another sheet | Category | Etc
Product name 2 | Set HTML code with new images of product 2 pulled in from another sheet | Category | Etc
Product name 3 | Set HTML code with new images of product 3 pulled in from another sheet | Category | Etc

We basically have a html template for our products that sits in a wordpress post (not e-commerce, just an online catalog), the images need to be automatically swapped out in the html for bulk upload to Wordpress.

I need 5 variations of this script for 5 languages.

Ideally we would like someone who can also populate the csv with products from various csv/dropbox folders provided.

If you have a more creative/convenient way of doing this we're happy to listen.
