Scraping bot - quotation

I would like to have some "scraping bot" that runs 1 time per day and does this:
extract data from 3 real-estate-platforms, per platform 2 "loops" should be done,
1 for rent, 1 for sale.
This extract should save all the details of all the properties
(address, number of square meters, rooms, property description, contact details, ... )
(and if possible the property-images)

extracted data should be saved in an online-google-sheet
(or somewhere else if images are saved as well or images maybe in folder per property and link in the google-sheet)

important is
A
that the bot can run on my own computer/server so i don't have to pay licence fee's monthly/yearly
or in case the links get modified, i can change this.

B
in case multiple pages of results are shown, all pages with properties should be "looped"

C
in case property data is the same (price, status ...) timestamp should just be saved that the "last download" was done
otherwise (if f ex price changes) there should be added a new record to the "database" so we can track the price-modifications
per date/time period
