Scrape Data from AJAX site

I need to scrape this site. https://www.franchise.org/franchise-opportunities

I attached a picture showing the two elements I need to scrape. I'm able to scrape the first page but when I try to scrape all additional pages I can't get it to work because the page is using Ajax.

I need something i can reuse on other sites using Ajax preferably python. So if you could provide documentation on how to run whatever app is created.
