SBS 2008 network set up

I have set up a Server with SBS 2008 installed. I have set up the basic network and file sharring but i am having a few problems. The client computers (only 2) are connected fine but the status reports Unknown. also i have set up 3 users and only the admin one seems to be able to log in. I also want to set up a shared email maybe with outlook anywhere?? I currently have 7 email addressers all comming into one outlook 2003 on a desktop. i want the same set up but so it can be accessed from any of the network PCs, i also want to keep the hosting with fasthosts. I am looking for somone (I guess remotely) to sort this out and also be a contact in the future if i need further support.
