Saleforce Custom HTML Template

I have 2 small projects. Firstly, to create a custom HTML template that we can use in Salesforce. Then create a specific marketing email using some artwork we have previously had created.

Part 1
Using our logo (1. Logo Attached) and some graphics we have had produced previously (see attached 2. Confidence 3. Experience & Support 4. Quality 5. Speed) create a template within Salesforce that we can then add content text to.

We require the template to be traceable e.g. Track how often people view the emails
I have mocked up a Word Document to give an idea of roughly what I am looking for.

Part 2

Using the template in Part 1, we have created a flyer called Horror Story (See Attached 6. Horror Story). Can the graphics in this artwork be added to the body of the template created in Part 1 above? NOTE on Doc 6 we do not require the column on the left hand side being included in the email.
