Responsive Front-end design

Looking for an individual or a team who is familiar with es6, es6 modules, Vue js and Vue js ecosystem, REST APIs, SASS. HTML and CSS proficiency is assumed. An individual or team who has an eye for UX and UI are desired and Preferred. Also understanding of GitHub, git, git workflows, and Kanban project management. I'm looking for professionalism and attention to detail. Some static has already been created, but needs code and small changes. GOOD work will be demanded in a 2-3 week period. Clear communication is expected.
