We have a highly automated website which sends out account-critical emails and we also send emails personally to customers at their personal and business email addresses. The majority of these emails end up in spam/junk/trash email folders meaning important content is not actioned or messages aren't received greatly increasing staff workload to chase the customer by phone. We require assistance in investigating and resolving this problem.
We would like to resolve the issue but equally have been coping with it for some time now so this should be taken into account in bid prices. As a very small business our budget is not huge for a problem that is not 100% necessary to resolve right now but someone may wish to undertake the work at reasonable cost.
