Remove play button when viewing a HTML file on a mobile device

I have no idea how much this should cost so just ignore the budget. I had to put in something in to proceed.

We have a web course that is produced using Articualte Storyline. When viewed on a computer it displays fine but when viewed on a mobile device a play button is displayed which you have to press before the web page is displayed. (see attached image) I need someone who can change the code or java script in the HTML files so the play button and title is not displayed . I will need you to provide instructions on how to change the code as I will need to be able to replicate this again later.
