Remote Server Management, Cloud and VPN

We are a small consultancy Company. We need someone to set-up the company Intranet and remote access to Windows 2019 server using VPN for 2-3 users. Also we may use Citrix or other Remote Desktop Connection over fast internet to access software applications on the server or access shared drive. The server is given one static IP address and is a DELL R540 multi-core. Ideally we need someone to administer and manage the hardware under guarantee with DELL and also windows license etc.
