Experience Level: Intermediate
We are building a smartwatch application that implements the official FIFA Interval Fitness Test for football referees. The app must fully replicate the FIFA-approved testing protocol, allowing referees (and optionally test administrators) to complete, track, and evaluate the interval test directly from their wearable device.

The solution must be compatible with Apple Watch (watchOS) and optionally Wear OS, depending on project scope.
