Refactor supply chain management solution with DevExpress WPF

We are refactoring our current SCM solution which is built with C#, WPF, EF6, SQL2008.
Our objective is to simplify our solution and, improve speed and refresh the UI.
We want to use DevExpress WPF components and probably DevExpress MIF. Both points are open to discussion.

The logic itself is fairly simple:
- managing requirement notices
- communication with business project managers
- communication with external logistics provider
- generating excel worksheets (just integrating current implementation)
- sending mails based an templates (Westwind.RazorHost at the moment)
- data storage in SQL database
- communication with WebAPI of another custom solution.

We're looking for an architect/programmer with solid background in C#, WPF, EF6/XPO and DevExpress components in general. A flair for designing functional and beautiful UIs is a plus.

Support is needed for the initial project phase and as well for maintenance in the future.
Possibility to work on other C#, WPF projects as well.
