I am looking to build a bilingual (Arabic / English) realtime stock screener web platform,
similar in concept and workflow to Scanz, but delivered as a clearly defined MVP.

By Scanz-like, I mean:
• Similar realtime filtering logic
• Similar screener-style dashboard
• Not a full 1:1 clone

The platform must be:
• Bilingual (Arabic / English)
• Subscription-based only
• Integrated with a payment gateway
• Deployed on my existing domain
