Re-write C# camera control software / integrated payment system

I have already have software which has been written in C# which is effectively photobooth software with an integrated payment system. I want to add some features, however the original dev has gone AWOL.

Currently once the camera has taken the images they are then edited/laid out and sent to print using batch scripts and uploaded to AWS via python scripts. However ideally I'd like to integrate all of these bits into the one piece of software rather than having lots of little bits of script doing different jobs.

I will need the software re-written with very clear logs to record what is happening when, so any issues can be easily identified.

The camera control is via Canon EDSDK and the payment system is controlled by software called iSocket. I have added some guides, but can show whoever does the job lots more about the current system etc.
