Python script for a small project

- Download a copy of an excel file (distancematrix.xls) that contains the distance between cities in Turkey. Store it as a numpy array.
- Download a copy of an excel file (coordinates.xlsx) that contains the geographic coordinates of the cities. Store it as another numpy array.
- Find the shortest route that starts in Ankara, visits every other city and returns back to Ankara. You can use any algorithm of your choice such as the genetic algorithm.
- Plot the positions of the cities on a figure, the shortest map your algorithm finds, and the total distance of the route.
