Python/Flask based video streaming platform updates

Hi,

We started working on a video streaming application built on Python/Flask and we need to update some parts of the functions. This project is not starting from scratch.

It will require an ability to run docker commands and maybe some Javascripting skills for WebRTC purposes.

Here are the requirements:
1. An ability to delete programmes in the list
2. An ability to add a banner to the event streaming sequence
3.An ability to stream both the videos and any banner images as available in the video order sequence so that when anyone visits the viewing url of the video, they would see either a video or an embedded image in the video player at the time the event was set to begin.
4.An ability to convert any video file type added to a single format and file.
5.An ability to add the end date and time for the programme to end
6.An ability to provide the livestream added
