Description of requirements/functionality: Create a Python data simulator to generate data and return a .csv download.
Ideally the way it would work is the user:
1. Specifies the number of columns and rows in the data structure
2. Provides a name for each of the fields
3. Provides a set of possible values for each field (categories, integers, boolean, etc.) OR just selects to generate random floating point numbers within a range (if possible, rounded to a specified number of decimal places)
4. Provides weights for each of the possible values (to modulate the frequency of occurence) that sum to 1 OR
5. Chooses to randomize weights for each possible value
Specific technologies required: Python 3.6
