Python code onto Raspberry Pi

I need a python developer to code a script for my raspberry Pi. I am building a new bathroom and want to have a speaker in the ceiling and whenever the light sensor is triggered, the music starts playing on the speaker for a period of time (I want to be able to adjust this period after the project).

I have bought a raspberry Pi 3 model B, Justboom hat amplifier for speaker, light sensor, relay board.

I also want to be able to change the source of music after the project by logging into the raspberry and adjusting it in the operating system.
