What technology stack is the application built with?
Where is the source code currently hosted?
Is the application already working locally without errors?
Which hosting platform or server should be used for deployment?
Do you already have the domain, hosting account, SSL certificate, and server access?
Does the project include a backend, database, APIs, file storage, or background services?
Are the production environment variables and third-party credentials ready?
What issues are currently preventing the application from reaching a working production state?
What PWA features are already implemented, such as the manifest, service worker, offline mode, push notifications, and install prompts?
For iOS, do you only require Safari “Add to Home Screen” installation, or do you also need an App Store package?
Is an Apple Developer account or Microsoft Partner Center account available if store submission is required?
Which browsers, Windows versions, and iOS versions must be supported?
Do you need automatic updates for the desktop application?
Are there separate staging and production environments?
What testing and acceptance criteria should be completed before handover?
Do you require CI/CD, deployment documentation, monitoring, backups, and post-launch support?
Can you provide repository access and current deployment documentation?
