Program to automate form filling

I need a program which can automate form filling. The form must be filled in with a different IP address each time. It will fill in the form with information I will provide. It must run automatically until it has finished the requested amount of times. Once complete it must check to see if they were all completed correctly and if not, re-process them.

It also needs to be able to check at any point the outcome of the request and show me the results somehow.
