Program like cheat engine

I need some software like cheat engine except it is undetected by all games, such as reign of kings and World of Warcraft, working on my own memory cheats but can't scan some games because their memory is not readable after it's launched also the game wont launch if cheat engine is opened before hand, have tried different versions of cheat engine or alternative but game developers already know about those programs :(. Will pay if able to be created quickly and have some contract where you will fix bugs withing the first 2 years of use for free.
