Experience Level: Entry

I would like a Microsoft Power Automate flow that would add points in a question and will show the result in percentage and will add the score in a new column. For example, in exisiting excel data, I would like users to be able add workbook tab to an existing data which will say "Question 2, 4 and 5" in Total Topic 1. "Question 1, 3" in Total Topic 2.
