Hi,
I am looking for someone to redesign a PowerApp using responsive controls so can be displayed on mobile and tablet. Screenshot attached of the current app. Example of responsive layouts I am looking for and the start of a responsive layout template this is based on to expand upon.
I will want to add extra pages a later date, but starting with the works order tracking app, and then the start of a simple form layout for incident reporting on another page within the app.
The works order tracking app patches to an excel spreadsheet. The tracking history bit has never really been accurate enough to rely on - The last tracked works order bit can be excluded.
Happy to go into further detail and answer any questions before acceptance.

Can please elaborate more on your requirement as to currently the responsive design needs only for 3 pages. The application has how many pages in total and what is the technology the application is designed.
