Experienced Power Apps & Dataverse developer required to accelerate and refine a custom business operations system for a UK electrical contractor. Enhance an existing Power Apps Canvas app and Dataverse schema to consolidate CRM, estimating, job management, compliance, document storage, invoicing and reporting into a unified platform. Tasks include Dataverse architecture review, relationship design, performance optimisation, SharePoint integration, file management, Power Automate flows, UX improvements, dashboards and mentoring. Must have proven production Power Apps and Dataverse experience, SharePoint integration skills, and the ability to explain decisions. Initial engagement: several hours weekly with potential long-term collaboration.

    Before providing a detailed implementation plan, we'd appreciate clarification on a few points:

    1. Approximately how many users currently access the Power Apps solution?

    2. Is your Dataverse environment already in production, or is it still under active development?

    3. Which Microsoft 365 licensing plan are you currently using (Business Premium, E3, E5, etc.)?

    4. Are there any existing Power Automate flows that need to be optimized or rebuilt?

    5. Besides SharePoint, are there any third-party systems (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, or Dynamics) that you plan to integrate in future phases?
