Postcode Lookup Web Application Styling

We would like to modify an existing web application that has been built. Currently, the application asks for a client to input their postcode (zip code, pin code etc) before a ‘water hardness’ figure for their areas is output.

To improve the current user experience, we would like to adjust this output so that a ‘slider’ ‘dial’ or ‘gauge’ is output dynamically according to the customers water hardness. Alongside the slider, dial or gauge we would like content to be shown dynamically according to the water hardness figure. There are a total of 8 different outputs for this, as described in the attached specification document.
