General information for the website: Online shipment Market Place
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: The website will be an online market place where users (buyers) will be able to post their requirements (what, when, from, to etc) of shipment and verified sellers will bid on their job listings. Both the buyers and sellers user groups will have their profiles, rankings, reviews, testimonials etc. It will be mostly like any crowdsourcing website, but with an additional feature. An admin technician will rate the bids based on his knowledge and the bids will be given tags and rankings.

I'll provide you the wireframes and a suitable HTML/CSS template bought from themeforest. You'll be required to do the development part mostly and slight tweaking with HTML CSS, only IF required. I want this website to be up and running by 31st Jan.


Payment will be divided into two milestones. 1) Up and running website, with bidding, messaging, bid rankings, ratings, reviews, profiles of users etc ready. 2) remaining website polishing with static pages, blog page and few other pages. Please post your bids with your quote for both milestones, similar previous work (live websites), the framework you'll be using (codeigniter, yii or any other suggestion). Time is important here.
Description of requirements/features: There will be many simple pages also like contact page, careers, FAQs, Blogs, conversations etc.
