PHP troubleshooting for version 5.4 migration to 5.6/latest ver

Sorry everyone for the typo on the budget/hourly rate. I'm looking for someone who is around $50/hr and the total budget should be 10hrs which is $500. We have an old set of PHP programs that were written in ver 5.4 and the programmer is long gone. We have been forced to migrate to a hosting platform on Godaddy that will only allow us to go backward to php ver 5.6. We need someone to troubleshoot these programs and fix the 5 or so things that are not working and set us up to upgrade to the latest PHP version. I have fixed some of the MySQL syntax issues, but there are more complex problems that I am not able to diagnose and fix. a sample error log is attached. some of the issues are not getting reported in the error logs.
