PHP social media feed in Laravel 5

Description of requirements/features: We are looking for a PHP developer, to create a class in Laravel, that can connect over an API to Twitter and Facebook and pull back the latest posts into a local database, checking for and removing any duplicates.

In essence, we need to have a database list of public press office twitter and Facebook accounts, that the system can check every 30 minutes throughout the day, using the Laravel task scheduling system. No public HTML pages are required as part of the project, just a requirement to pull the social media information from a specific database table, connect, and retrieve any new posts, and save them into another database table.
CMS and Admin requirements: Needs to be written in PHP Laravel 5 so that it can be implemented within a larger project
Extra services needed: 3rd party integration
Extra notes: Ability to connect with Twitter and Facebook - and be expandable in the future.
