PHP Scraping Bot & Uploader

I am looking for a talented individual or a team to create a script that will run on a VPS.
The reason I want this script to be made is to have a website automatically post to itself once all of the downloading, scraping and editing of the files has been completed.

The bot I will be after will have to be able to log into iptorrents.com using the credentials that I provide.
Once logged in I want the bot to refresh every 5 minutes and if there is new content I want that scraped also.

I will require the tv shows, movies and also music sections to be scraped, downloaded and re uploaded to my chosen file host.

There are already scripts that were being used which might give you some help as to what I am after.

One of the more popular ones was named sborg

I basically want a script to do exactly what that done but once it has all of the data I want it output to a Wordpress template of my own choosing which I have designed and converted to Wordpress already.

I am looking for serious bidders here and realistic offer on how much this would cost.
Also the rough time would be ideal.
