PHP professioal- to fix and complete services platfom

Description of requirements/features: this is a website that is designed for service providers and party planners.
the project was delayed and delivered with many bugs, and new bugs created after supposed bug fixing session. so now i am looking for an experienced PHP programmer.
tasks- fixing all bugs and making small changes (about 250-300 small changes, bugs and modifications in a list)
walking with me on all parts of website and making sure all is working, some changes needed.

adding an option for delayed payment- so deals can be refunded, and adding option of monthly payments.

work needs to be done in less than three weeks.

payment after completion. 10% advance.
optional long term work relations and other projects.

i am 5 star rated on freelancer.com, but am now trying people per hour.
CMS and Admin requirements: corresponding to changes in front end.
Extra services needed: Installation, Customization, Optimization
Extra notes: preferably a dedicated one programmer for almost full time during project.
