PHP Page Fix

I have just moved my website to a new host and I have 3 pages that are not working correctly.

Each page is an insert form into a mysql database. they all submit fine but 1 of them displays a warning and does not get to the thank you page and the other 2 pages submit fine but do not get to the thanks page.

I also need them making secure i.e sanitizing inputs etc to stop spammers. I would ideally like to have a new captcha installed if possible i.e google etc.

Possibly more work for the right person. This should not take long to fix.
