When running bin/magento setup:upgrade, we receive the error Notice: Undefined index: sales_shipment in /vendor/magento/framework/Setup/Declaration/Schema/Db/SchemaBuilder.php on line 152
We solved this once be rolling back the server to a previous backup, however its now happened again when attempting to install another plugin. Rolling back is obviously not a solution, so we need the underlying cause to be identified and fixed.
