PHP /MySQL Developer Required - (Ideally UK Based)

I require a skilled PHP/MySQL developer to take on an immediate project. In addition there will be ongoing ad-hoc projects of just a couple of lines of code to fix a bug and others will be larger 1-2 week projects.

Ideally you will be freelance, reliable, available and easily contactable, quick to respond and do the work yourself.
